The Beijing Meteorological Observatory has upgraded the regional rainstorm red warning signal today, and the Beijing Flood Control Headquarters has launched a regional flood control emergency response (Level I). In accordance with the requirements of the Flood Control Headquarters and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, all performances at the Beijing Performing Arts Centre (BPAC) will be cancelled on July 11th, to ensure the safety of the audience.
