The Bolshoi Ballet shines with an all-star cast

After a dazzling Don Quixote in 2023, the world-renowned Bolshoi Theatre returned to the NCPA with an all-star cast including ballet company plus orchestra with two brilliant performances in five sessions from May 7th to 11th.

Curtain raised, the first pas de deux of the gala was presented by Lead Soloist Arina Denisova and Principal Egor Gerachshenko from Le Talisman.

The first half of the gala ended with the passionate Diane and Actéon Pas de Deux. Principal Eleonora Sevenard collaborated with the First Soloist Alexei Putintsev in the famed “goddess of love pas de deux”.

The second half began with Adagio from Romeo and Juliet given by Principals Artem Ovcharenko and Eleonora Sevenard, after her Greek goddess during the first half.
