For the opera Rigoletto, to be performed at the Opera House of the NCPA from September 16^th to 20^th, 2026 at 7:00 PM, baritone Ludovic Tezier, who was originally cast as Rigoletto, will be unable to participate in the performances on September 16^th, 18^th and 20^th due to personal health reasons. Baritone Fabien Veloz will step in these three performances.

Music links mountains and seas, while voices converge in harmony. At 20:00 on September 3^rd local time, a joint gala concert was grandly held at Sala São Paulo under the title of “Moving Forward Together: China NCPA Orchestra’s Brazil Tour 2026 China-Brazil Year of Culture”.

On August 24^th, the NCPA held a media preview for its new production of the stage play The Spring River Flows East. During the media preview, the creative team carefully presented five rehearsal excerpts full of dramatic tension.

On the night of August 19^th - Qixi Festival, the NCPA production of Bellini’s Norma returned to the Beijing stage after an eleven-year hiatus. Conductor Marco Alibrando led the China NCPA Chorus and Orchestra, joining an international cast of singers. Together, they brought this bel canto masterpiece to life.
